If someone could shed some light on this, I'd be very grateful! Is there anything I could do about this behaviour or is gamepad control not implemented yet? I'm aware I could go back to using an older build, but I'd really like to play those games that came with the Residual-merge. Assigning gamepad buttons A and B for example assign 'Left Mouse Button' and the 'ESC' key, respectively. When I try to remap the controls within ScummVM, assigning the D-Pad/Analog Stick only move the mouse cursor and are never seen as D-Pad/Analog Stick input. Ingame controls for Grim Fandango do not work when using the controller, although the same setup works out of the box whith ResidualVM. It seems that attached game controllers are not seen properly by ScummVM.

Use monkey4.exe to play! And change compatibility mode to windows 95 and enable run as admin. Note 3: If the launcher crashes while saving don't use it. If the launcher cases issues with crashing, not succeeding at increasing resolution, go back to default resolution! It also comes with the option to RUN without CDs to play the game, you should enable that too!!! Note 1: this installer comes with v1.1 Update which you should apply after installing. I use Daemon Tools Lite (it's free), but you can use whatever you like. This is done by mounting the Disc 1 ISO into a virtual CD Drive.

At some point you will be asked to insert Disc1.
